What documents are required for account verification?
To verify your B2B account, we require:
- Valid EU VAT number (verified via VIES)
- Company registration certificate or equivalent
Can I browse products before registering?
You can view our product catalog and brand portfolio without registration. However, wholesale prices, volume discounts, and the ability to place orders are only available to verified B2B account holders.
How long does account approval take?

Orders & Pricing
What is the minimum order value?
The minimum order value depends on your shipping destination and partnership tier. Standard minimum order values start from €500 net for EU deliveries. Contact your assigned sales representative for specific details.
How are wholesale prices calculated?
Our wholesale prices are based on your partnership tier and order volume. Prices displayed in your account are net prices (excluding VAT). Volume discounts are applied automatically at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:
- Bank transfer (standard for B2B orders)
- Prepayment (required for first orders)
- Deferred payment (available for established partners with approved credit terms)
What currencies do you accept?
Our primary currency is EUR (€). All invoices are issued in the agreed currency at the time of order confirmation.

We ship across the entire European Union and selected non-EU European countries including Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Romania, Bulgaria, and more.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on order weight, volume, and destination:
- Pallet shipments — calculated based on weight and destination, best rates for large orders.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery times from our warehouse in Kraków, Poland:
- Poland: 1-2 business days
- Central Europe (DE, CZ, SK, AT): 2-4 business days
- Western Europe (FR, NL, BE, ES, IT): 3-5 business days
- Eastern/Southern Europe (RO, BG, GR, HR): 4-7 business days
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also view all tracking information in the "My Orders" section of your account dashboard.

Yes, 100% of our products are authentic and sourced directly from authorized distributors or brand owners. We provide full traceability and documentation for every product.
Do products have EU-compliant labeling?
Yes. All products meet EU cosmetic regulation requirements including proper labeling with ingredients (INCI), batch codes, PAO symbols, and responsible person information.
Returns & Claims
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for products that are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Please refer to our Returns Policy page for complete terms.
What should I do if I receive damaged goods?
If you receive damaged or defective products:
- Document the damage — take photos of the packaging and affected products
- Report within 48 hours — email support@mamas-b2b.com with photos and your order number
- Keep the products — do not dispose of damaged items until the claim is resolved
How are refunds processed?
Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 5-10 business days after the return is received and inspected. Alternatively, we can issue a credit note to be applied to your next order.

Can I have multiple users under one company account?
Yes, we support multi-user company accounts. Your account administrator can request additional user access by contacting our support team.
How do I download my invoices?
All invoices are available for download in the "My Account" → "Orders" section. Invoices are also sent to your registered email address automatically.
