Returns Policy

The Seller is established and operates in Poland. Therefore, the Polish version of the Returns Policy is the only legally binding version. This English version is provided for informational purposes only. The binding Polish Returns Policy is available here: Polityka zwrotów (PL).

The www.mamas-b2b.com service operates exclusively on a B2B basis and sells Products only to Clients acting as Entrepreneurs in connection with their business or professional activity.

As a result, Clients do not have the right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement without providing a reason, as granted to consumers under consumer protection laws.

Returns of Products are not accepted, except in the following cases:

  • a justified complaint based on statutory warranty,
  • non-conformity of the Product with the Sales Agreement,
  • individual arrangements expressly agreed with the Seller in writing or in documentary form.
